Farm To Table Dinner
Stephanie Lesnik and her family own this small farm that offers the perfect setting to host intimate dinners that highlight the incredible products she is able to grow and raise. Each dinner is prepared by a guest chef in the farm house kitchen around the guests. The purpose of these dinners are to step away from the processed food so many of us have become accustomed to and showcase what Connecticut farms can bring to the table. These dinners are intimate, informative, interactive and down right delicious!
Join us for the next dinner on Friday, September 21st with David Borselle, the executive chef and owner of Park & Oak Restaurant in West Hartford. David’s resume is truly stunning. He is a long time participant in these dinners and we love when he returns. Dinners are 4-5 courses and include dessert prepared by local gem, Hen & Heifer. Aside from great food, we offer complimentary wine pairings. Tony will serve wines that pair perfectly with each course. We will highlight wines that have the same values as what these farm dinners represent. The wineries are small, family owned properties that grow all their own grapes. This allows for the highest quality of wine to be enjoyed for the evening.
